Annual Dugout Dinner

The Management Committee of the Brighton RSL Sub-Branch warmly invites you to the 2022 Annual Dugout Dinner, to be held at the Brighton RSL Sub-Branch on Friday 12 August 2022. The Dugout Dinner is the sub-branch's annual formal event open to all members and their guests. A three-course meal will be prepared by Texas Bull Machine Catering with table service being provided. The ticket price includes all food and an open bar from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. Please see details below to secure your ticket.

Price: $40.00 per person

When: Friday 12 August 2022, 6:30pm for a 7:00pm commencement

Inclusions: Soup, alternate drop main meal served with all the trimmings, dessert and complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks from 6:30pm to 9:00pm

Ticket Purchase: Ticket purchase and preferred seating arrangements are available over the bar until Friday 5 August 2022 or if you are unable to attend the club to buy your ticket, please email Brad Rea at bradrea84@gmail.com or call 0400 296 171 making sure to include your name, number of tickets required and a return phone number.

Can you help?
The Management Committee of the Brighton RSL Sub-Branch has been operating with 9 out of a possible 12 positions for some time. The current mix of four Service Members and five Affiliate Members is ideal, however, we need more members to join the committee to help share the load and to prepare for the future for one of the larger RSL sub-branches in South Australia. This is particularly so as the current age mix of the committee is currently five over the age of 70, two 50-70 and two under the age of 40. The committee is also lacking female representation.


Are you able and willing to help? The committee is looking for nominations to join the committee for the remainder of the current term (March 2023). Committee meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm. If you are a financial member of the sub-branch and willing to join the committee, please nominate by emailing
treasurerbrsl@bigpond.com.

If you are not able to commit to joining the Management Committee, your assistance in other areas is always welcome, such as bar shifts, maintenance, setting up and packing up for functions, et al.
